“Hi I’m Luke Firth, as a wedding celebrant, I often found myself juggling up to 120 ceremonies a year. With so much on my plate, it was hard to keep track of everything and stay organised!

As a celebrant trainer, I also worked with other celebrants to help them improve their businesses. I quickly realised that many of them were great at the “lovey dovey” aspects of their work, like writing ceremonies, but were not as strong in the business side of things.

Through my ongoing professional development sessions, I learned that celebrants really appreciated learning how to introduce practices that would make their businesses and lives run more smoothly, while also achieving better results with less work.

To manage my own business, I used a variety of programs including Excel, MYOB, Notion, Celebrant Suite, the BDM portal and Celebrant Briefcase. However, when it came to handling couples’ enquiries, I tried several CRMs including Monday, Notion, StudioNinja, Trello, and Hubspot. While I could tailor these tools to my needs, it took a lot of work and none of them offered the complete functionality I was looking for as a celebrant.

That’s why I created my own CRM specifically for wedding celebrants. It merges the functionality of a traditional CRM with the couple management aspect of a celebrant’s business, providing a one-stop-shop to manage every aspect of a celebrant’s business.”
