The enquiry
A couple fills in your enquiry form and lands with your ceremonies: tagged, dated, source recorded. You can see where every enquiry came from, and which ones became weddings.
The reply
Open the lead, pick your template, her details already in it. Read it, send it. The words still yours, and you never left the record.
The quote
Molly opens a quote that’s all your brand, not a bare attachment. You tweak the line items, you send it, and the record keeps up.
The booking
The quote is accepted, and the workspace, the countdown and an invoice drafted from your quote are simply there. You won the booking. The software just filed it.
The portal
You decide who gets in, when, and what they see. The couple gets one tidy window; you keep the record.
The legals
Angus fills in his own details, the Notice of Intended Marriage preview updates as he types, and his answers reach your Notice when he saves. You review and submit.

The vows land
Your couple writes their vows in their own portal. They land in your workspace, ready when you are. You read them, you mark them reviewed, and the couple is told that you have.
The agreement and booking form
The service agreement goes out the moment they accept your quote, already carrying your signature. They sign it online, and the booking form follows by itself, asking for the birth details, occupations and parents’ names their Notice of Intended Marriage needs.
The invoice and the payment
You send the invoice from its own row menu. When the money arrives you choose Record Payment from that same menu, and it opens already carrying the amount, already matched to the right invoice, which it names on screen before you commit. You confirm it, and the ceremony’s outstanding balance clears itself.
GST and the next BAS
You record a payment, and by the time you open your finances screen the GST on it is already worked out. Celebrant Central holds the running total and tells you what it is counting: cash basis, paid invoices. So the number moves when the money actually arrives, not when the invoice goes out, and the next BAS date counts down beside it. It does not lodge anything and it is not your accountant.
The ceremony workspace
You open a booked wedding and everything it has done so far is in front of you: the quote the couple accepted, the service agreement they signed, the invoice that is paid. You did each of those once, at the time. There is no second list to keep in step with the first. The booking also shows you whose move is next, and on this one it is the couple's.
The couple portal
Your couple logs in to a page you never have to maintain. The Notice, their documents and their vows all carry live states, and when you approve something in your own workspace the portal reflects it without another step from you. Whether a couple's portal is switched on at all stays your call, per ceremony. It reflects the work; it does not do it for you.
The leads ladder
One list holds every enquiry, however it reached you. A glance shows where each one came from, what stage you have set it to, and whether the date is clear in your diary. You set the statuses yourself, new through quoted, and you move them when you are ready. Nothing in the list changes without you, and nothing about a lead lives in a spreadsheet on the side.
The questionnaire
Some details never reach you until the couple writes them down: the story of how they met, who is walking in with whom, the music they want as they leave. Assign the questionnaire you already have set up, give it a due date, and Celebrant Central emails the couple for you. Completed answers land on the ceremony record, dated and in one place, ready for when you sit down to write the ceremony yourself. Your inbox gets a notification with a link to the responses, and nothing more.
The final payment
You should not have to remember when the final payment is due. Ten days out, one page shows what is paid, what is not, and what is still waiting on somebody else: the invoice carries its own due date beside the balance, and the final payment sits in the workflow as a step with a date of its own. You record each payment as it arrives, Celebrant Central keeps the totals and the dates in front of you, and the follow-up, where it is needed, stays yours.
Rehearsal and vows
Rehearsal details often live wherever a celebrant last wrote them down. On Celebrant Central, the rehearsal is scheduled on the ceremony itself, with its own start time, length, and the venue carried across from the wedding, sitting beside the booking form and the paperwork rather than in a note somewhere else. Telling the couple is a separate step, and it waits until you send it. Vows follow the same pattern: each partner writes in their own portal, and printing happens from the same place you read them.
After the ceremony
The day after the wedding, a ceremony's status changes on its own: Post Ceremony. A group of tasks that stayed locked until then opens up on the ceremony's own record, each carrying its own date: the paperwork, the certificate, the deadline for sending it all on. You did not build that list, and you will not have to remember it is there. The forwarding is still yours to do. Celebrant Central only makes sure nothing waits on your memory.
The fourteen days
Fourteen days. That is the whole window the law allows once a ceremony ends, and the clock starts then, not when you get around to the paperwork. It runs until the certificate and the Notice of Intended Marriage have reached the state registry, and the duty belongs to the celebrant, not to any software. What Celebrant Central does is carry the date: it sits against the task, on the file, before you think to look for it.
The Form 15 register
Every certificate you are issued carries a number, and the law wants to know what became of it. The register holds each one against the ceremony it was used for, with its status and date beside it, kept for six years from the day after the wedding. A performance review can ask to see it. Keeping it is still the celebrant's job. Make the entry once, on the ceremony it belongs to, and Celebrant Central keeps it ready for as long as the law wants it.
