Our big day is almost here.

CelebrantCentral is in beta right now, being polished with a founding circle of celebrants. Doors open to everyone in—

CelebrantCentral launches on 1 October 2026.

Become a founding celebrant

You became a celebrant for the ceremonies — not the admin.

Stop paying for software you don't use

Pay only when booked

A lead costs nothing. Once a couple books, it's $2 + GST a month for that ceremony — capped at $40 + GST, however many you run. Six ceremonies a year or sixty: you're never paying for a system sized for someone else's business. Free during beta.

Stop typing the same details twice

One clean record, every form

A couple's details go in once — and flow through to the Notice of Intended Marriage, the identity checklist and your Form 15 register automatically. No more copying the same name, date and address into a fresh form every time the paperwork asks for it again.

Stop switching between apps

Everything, in one place

Leads, ceremonies, scripts, vows, invoicing, messages, files and your calendar — all under one roof, not spread across a spreadsheet, a photography CRM, a folder of PDFs and a dozen email threads.

Stop working two jobs

Admin that runs itself

Every ceremony moves through its own pipeline — legal steps, script, payments and questionnaires tracked automatically stage by stage, with deadlines flagged before they're urgent. You stop being the one holding every date in your head, and start actually running the business you built.

Take the free Notice of Intended Marriage & Form 15 checklist — every date, document and signature on two printable pages.

The enquiry

Every enquiry lands tagged, dated and sourced.

A couple fills in your enquiry form and lands with your ceremonies — tagged, dated, source recorded. You can see where every enquiry came from, and which ones became weddings.

The reply

By the time you reply, her details are already in the template.

Open the lead, pick your template — her details already in it. Read it, send it. The words still yours, and you never left the record.

The quote

A branded quote, not a bare attachment.

The booking

You win the booking. The software just files it.

The quote is accepted — and the workspace, the countdown and an invoice drafted from your quote are simply there. You won the booking. The software just filed it.

The portal

Before the couple sees the portal, you decide.

You decide who gets in, when, and what they see. The couple gets one tidy window; you keep the record.

Angus fills in his own details, the Notice of Intended Marriage preview updates as he types, and his answers reach your Notice when he saves. You review and submit.

Every ceremony you book comes with a dated plan attached — and you can see where you are. Tick one off and watch the number move.

A whole celebrancy business, beautifully organised.

Fifteen capability areas. One login. One price. Here's the short version.

Workflows that run themselves

Templated, multi-stage workflows per ceremony type — emails that send on schedule, tasks that wait for dependencies, and follow-ups smart enough to pause when the couple replies.

Quotes, invoices & GST done right

Branded quotes accepted online, payment schedules split around your ceremony date, and every invoice GST-correct — with BAS figures (G1, 1A, 1B) ready for the ATO.

Lead capture & pipeline

Embeddable enquiry forms, Easy Weddings auto-import every 15 minutes with duplicate detection, and a pipeline showing exactly where every couple sits.

Messages in context

Ceremony-scoped threads — shared with the couple or private with one partner. Email from your own Gmail or domain.

Calendar that keeps up

Ceremonies and deadlines sync to Google Calendar; planning sessions come with Meet links and invites, automatically.

Questionnaires & scripts

Forms with conditional logic gather the couple's story, then feed your ceremony scripts, vows and readings.

Money, reconciled

Bank statement import with duplicate detection, expense categories, profit & loss by ceremony type. Your accountant will hug you.

Your brand, everywhere

Logo, colours and signature on every quote, email and portal page. Couples see your business, not ours. Vendors too — your whole supplier book, organised.

A portal your couples will actually love using.

Every couple gets a warm, branded home for their ceremony — a countdown, a guided to-do journey, and one obvious next step. They feel looked after; you stop answering "what do we do next?" emails.

From the founders

"I've married hundreds of couples and trained a lot of celebrants. Every one of us knew the same Tuesday night — ceremonies done, NOIMs still to re-type, a CRM built for photographers that had never heard of a Form 15. We built CelebrantCentral because the tool we needed didn't exist. Now it does."
Luke FirthCo-founder · ABIA Australia's Best Celebrant, 2025
"I'm the business half of this pair. My job was simple to say and hard to build: one home for leads, legals, invoices and GST — priced the way a celebrant's year actually works. $2 + GST a month while a ceremony is active. Nothing when it isn't."

Founding offer: the first 100 paid signups lock founding pricing for life

Before you say "I do"

How does the $2-per-ceremony pricing actually work?

Each ceremony that's actively in planning costs $2 + GST per month — and it only starts billing once the couple books. Leads and enquiries are completely free, however many you're juggling. Book a wedding in March, marry the couple in September, close it — that ceremony cost you about $12 + GST across its whole life. You're never billed for leads, closed ceremonies, or an empty calendar.

What's the most I'll ever pay?

$40 + GST a month, full stop. The cap kicks in at 20 active ceremonies — everything beyond that is free. Big season, small bill.

What about my quiet season?

If nothing's actively in planning, you pay nothing — and your data, templates and history stay exactly where you left them. Your costs follow your bookings, never the other way around.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. CelebrantCentral is free during beta — every feature included, no payment details required. You'll only enter a card if you decide to stay.

I'm using Studio Ninja / 17hats / spreadsheets. Can I switch easily?

Yes — and we'll do the heavy lifting. Free migration of your existing couples, ceremonies and templates is included, plus a 1-on-1 onboarding session to set up your workflows.

Is the legal paperwork really compliant?

CelebrantCentral generates BDM-compliant Notice of Intended Marriage documents, keeps your Form 15 record of use per Paragraph 73(5) of the Marriage Regulations 2017, and time-stamps identity confirmations and acknowledgements. You remain the authorised celebrant — we just make the paperwork fast and audit-ready.

Does the BDM prefill extension work in my state?

WA is live now, with more states rolling out toward launch. Everything else — your Notice of Intended Marriage paperwork, the Form 15 register, the whole workflow — works Australia-wide today.

Is there a lock-in contract?

Never. Cancel anytime and export your data whenever you like. We'd rather keep you with a great product than a contract.
